These denizens of the realm invisible are completely unseeable. Their sucker-feet allow them to cling to anything that can be seen, while that which cannot be seen is unknowable to them. In this way they exist somewhat apart from time, and it is believed that they experience every moment of their entire lives – from emergence from a transparent egg to the inevitability of being crushed unwittingly beneath the boot of a traveler – simultaneously.
